Based in Tangerang, Banten, this full-time position offers a competitive salary of IDR 5,000,000 to IDR 6,000,000 per month.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial statements, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. You'll work closely with our accounting team to analyze financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support the company's strategic initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including filing and paying taxes on time.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost-saving and revenue growth.
• Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the team on compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
