As the Executive, Credit & Collection, you will be responsible for overseeing the credit and collection processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining a healthy credit portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve credit issues, negotiate payment plans, and recover outstanding amounts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct credit assessments and approvals for various financial products.
• Manage and oversee the collection process to recover overdue payments.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and improve credit quality.
• Monitor and analyze credit data to identify trends and patterns.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve credit issues and negotiate payment plans.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on credit and collection activities.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in credit and collection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collection, preferably in the hospitality or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using credit and collection software such as Dun & Bradstreet, Experian, or Equifax.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in credit management or a related field is a plus.
