As an Ore Reserve Manager at PT Mineral Resources Indonesia, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of ore reserves, adhering to the JORC Code and other relevant standards. You will work closely with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the company's mineral resources are properly classified and reported.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the evaluation, classification, and reporting of ore reserves, ensuring compliance with JORC Code and other international standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and resource estimation to support mining operations.
• Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of mineral resources.
• Develop and maintain ore reserve estimation models using industry-standard software such as MineSight, Datamine, or Vulcan.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze mining operations to ensure optimal recovery and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mineral resource estimation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mineral resource estimation and reporting, with a proven track record in compliance with JORC Code.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, geostatistics, and mineral resource estimation techniques.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as MineSight, Datamine, or Vulcan.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in mineral resource estimation and reporting (e.g., JORC Code, SAMREC) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
