As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure that HR policies are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
