📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and nurture inbound leads through our CRM system, Salesforce.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers, using our in-house tools and scripts.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with prospects, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve our sales strategies.
- Attend and participate in sales training sessions and team meetings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
