📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales growth.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage the replenishment process to ensure optimal stock levels.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the consumer products industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Knowledge of retail software and systems, including POS, inventory management, and reporting tools.,Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies for retail environments.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
