📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods by monitoring vehicle performance and addressing any issues promptly.Optimize fleet routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and generate reports for management.Work closely with drivers, logistics managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to fleet management.Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet staff.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating fleet operations.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
