In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand plans, managing brand equity, and driving market penetration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market penetration and brand equity in Indonesia and emerging markets.,Manage and oversee brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry influencers.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.,Lead cross-functional teams to deliver brand initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.,Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and asset libraries to ensure consistent brand representation.,Evaluate and report on the performance of brand initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record in APAC markets.,Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Indonesia and emerging markets.,Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies that drive market penetration and brand equity.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. Knowledge of other local languages is a plus.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
