📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analyses and provide insights to support business decisions.,Manage the accounting department and oversee the work of junior accountants.,Prepare and review budgets and financial forecasts.,Handle vendor payments and manage accounts payable.,Generate financial statements and ensure timely submission to stakeholders.,Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
