Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive retail sales growth.Manage and expand our retail network, including store openings and expansions.Create and execute engaging social media campaigns to promote our products and engage with our target audience.Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and industry partners.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and social media marketing.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or social media marketing.Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with retail management software and tools.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
