Oversee the operations and sales in the Ambon area,Ensure that our products are distributed efficiently,Meet and exceed our sales targets,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations management,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with sales and operations software and tools,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
