📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of each position and create accurate job descriptions.,Source, screen, and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
