📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive surveys to assess customer needs and market trends for Two-Wheeler and Multi-Purpose Loans.
• Evaluate loan applications, verifying customer eligibility and creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to promote our loan products.
• Analyze survey data to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders in Bali.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices for credit and financial services.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on survey findings and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members on survey methodologies and marketing techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or survey research, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and loan underwriting processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or similar software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse communities.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
