📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality control.
  • Coordinate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues.
  • Train and mentor junior operators.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • Optimize production schedules to maximize output.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall productivity.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Valid safety certification.
