Fresh Sun Jaya is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective training programs that help our employees develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet their specific needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
