In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance resolution.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.,Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR strategies.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
