📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the recruitment and selection process, from job advertising to interview scheduling and hiring decisions,Onboard new employees and ensure they have all the information and support they need to succeed,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in consultation with management,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Address employee concerns and grievances, and work to resolve them in a timely and appropriate manner,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance,Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for employees🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools,Familiarity with performance management and employee relations best practices,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels🛠️ Keahlian
