📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and patient safety.
• Oversee the continuous monitoring and evaluation of healthcare processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive the adoption of evidence-based practices and best practices in patient care, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the hospital's management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of healthcare services and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and patient safety.
• Certification in healthcare quality management, such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified in Healthcare Risk Management (CHRM).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, guidelines, and accreditation standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
