You will assist with table service, take orders, and ensure that our guests receive a memorable dining experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with table service, including taking orders and delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning tables.
• Promote our menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for food and service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
