📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
