As the Deputy General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the cafe is a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the cafe's budget and financial performance, working closely with the General Manager to ensure profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the cafe's high standards of service and quality.,Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve the cafe's products and services.,Ensure that the cafe's image and reputation are maintained and enhanced.,Work closely with the General Manager to plan and implement strategic initiatives to grow the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality or food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.,A thorough understanding of the food and beverage industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for budgeting and financial analysis.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
