📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor departmental performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance departmental performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
