📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Manage and develop a team of front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage staff.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.,Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.,Monitor and control branch budget, ensuring profitability and financial performance.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with local suppliers and service providers.,Represent the company at local events and community activities to enhance brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of local market trends and customer preferences.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.
