PT Bintang Maju is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Dili. This is an immediate opportunity for a professional who is passionate about managing warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing warehouse activities and ensuring optimal performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.,Proven experience in managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum (local language) is a plus.
