📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and execute events that align with the company's creative and experiential marketing strategy.,Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement event concepts and themes.,Manage event budgets and ensure that all events are delivered within budget and on time.,Source and manage vendors, including venues, catering, and entertainment, to ensure the highest quality event experience.,Oversee event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and travel arrangements.,Monitor and evaluate event performance, and provide feedback to the marketing team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.,Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure continued business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in a creative or experiential marketing context.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.,Strong knowledge of event marketing and promotion strategies.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for event planning and execution.
