📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation,Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Handle food waste and disposal responsibly,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role,Proven leadership and management skills,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one
