Web Tech Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This is a hybrid role, combining office and remote work, offering flexibility and a modern work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.,Manage and maintain guest records, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to guest requests.,Assist with office administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed.,Enforce security protocols and ensure the safety of guests and staff.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role in a hotel, office, or similar setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.,Familiarity with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting, combining office and remote work.
