Fresh Prime Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Ambon. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, such as disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
