• Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the property.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive financial performance and operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and optimize the property's budget and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and local authorities.
• Represent the property at industry events and conferences.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and property reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality software, including PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
