📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling and staff management.
• Ensure high-quality services and adherence to SOZO Skin Clinic's standards.
• Manage and train a team of beauty therapists and medical staff.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory and quality standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with budget and sales targets.
• Work closely with dermatologists and medical staff to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Enhance the clinic's reputation and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty or medical industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of dermatological treatments and skin care products.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software such as EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
• Understanding of marketing and sales strategies in the beauty industry.
